The Westerly House is a 5 story over 2 story podium parking structure in Nashville’s up-and-coming Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood. The new mixed-use development totals 197,000 SF with 246 traditional and co-living apartment units, a co-working space that will be available to residents and outside guests and will have approximately 3,300 SF of retail space.
